What we evaluate

• Market availability. A service only appears for a country where an approved partner programme genuinely serves that market.
• Meal format. Meal kits to cook at home, or prepared meals to heat — labelled as the provider actually offers it.
• Eating styles supported. Only the styles a service genuinely supports on its regular menu.
• Convenience. How much planning, shopping and cooking the format removes.
• Menu flexibility. Whether recipes, box sizes and delivery weeks can be changed, based on the provider's published terms.
• Your stated preferences. The answers you give in the questionnaire decide the order of your results.

What we do not do

• We do not physically test, taste or independently laboratory-test meals.
• We do not publish prices, discounts, meal counts or nutrition figures we cannot verify and keep current.
• We do not publish star ratings, review scores or match percentages.
• We do not provide medical or nutrition treatment advice, and preference filters do not guarantee allergen safety.
